Hydraulic Rail Puller Rail Tensor, it’s suitable for rail 50kg/m, 60kg/m and 75kg/m type rail stress relief and seamless long rail relaying.
While operating in the field at a certain temperature range being lower than the rail locking temperature, by employing this machine, the length of a rail with zero-stress can be forced to stretch to a length at locking temperature, then re-lock the rail.
By locking the rail waist, it will not hurt the rail head surface, one machine with a variety of configuration meets the field work in different ways, it possesses features of unique design, light weight, simple & convenient manipulation and powerful rail pulling force.
The machine can not only be used for repairing the broken rails of seamless tracks, but also can be used for stress relief of seamless tracks and section adjustment of track seams in common tracks, and is suitable for various rail types.
Using this product can change the traditional method of repairing broken rails, that is, re-welding in situ without inserting short rails, saving time, Save labor, expand the operating rail temperature range, and prevent the actual lock rail temperature from changing.
