This product is a horizontal flash burning furnace with a maximum temperature of 1600℃.

It is equipped with a 3KW programmable AC power supply.

The positive and negative electrode wires can be introduced into the corundum sample fixture through the electrode flange to apply an electric field to the sample to achieve an electric field.

Compared with the traditional ceramic sintering process, the auxiliary flash firing process has the advantages of ultra-fast, energy-saving and conducive to the preparation of fine-crystalline ceramics.

It can be widely used in the flash sintering process of various ceramic materials, such as: solid oxide fuel cell field, ferroelectric thermoelectric ceramic field, solid electrolyte and other fields
