This machine is designed and manufactured according to GB/T6670-97 - It is suitable for determining the falling ball resilience of soft polyurethane foams.

The instrument calculates the maximum rebound height of the steel ball and the percentage of the falling height of the steel ball by the steel ball with a given diameter and quality falling freely on the foam sample at a specified height, and the rebound rate represents the resilience of the foam.

The machine uses microprocessor to control, touch screen Chinese display, and can print test data.

The machine has the characteristics of safety, reliability and high measurement accuracy.

Principle:

Test foam resilience by impacting the sample vertical with a certain size and weight steel ball from certain height.

Then to measure the ball rebound height and calculate the ball rebound resilience value in %.
