Follow these steps for inspection, replacement, and testing: - Pressure Maintenance Inspection: A normal accumulator should have a pressure drop of no more than 0.5 MPa within 24 hours.

If the pressure drops by 3 MPa in half a day, inspect the air filling valve interface.

Spray soapy water on the interface—bubbles indicate gasket leakage.

Alternatively, disassemble the air filling valve, take out the internal NXQ-A-25/20-LY gasket, and check for deformation, cracks, or hardened oil stains, which are clear signs of failure.
