The EH Oil Recirculating Pump HQ37.02Z-1 is a core power component tailored for the 1, 830MW coal-fired units (3×210MW + 2×600MW) of North Chennai Power Plant.

As a key part of the turbine electro-hydraulic (EH) control system, it is also known as the EH oil regeneration pump, responsible for driving the circulation of triaryl phosphate fire-resistant oil.

It realizes closed-loop circulation of EH oil through filtration, cooling and regeneration, ensuring the oil quality meets NAS 6 grade and maintaining stable operation of the turbine servo valves and actuators.

Product Features

Adopts corrosion-resistant materials and double-ended mechanical seal, compatible with the chemical properties of phosphate ester fire-resistant oil, with a design service life of ≥20, 000 hours

Stable output performance: rated flow up to 40L/min, working pressure matching EH system requirements (10-15MPa), ensuring low pressure fluctuation

Integrates with temperature control system, realizing adaptive circulation adjustment according to oil temperature (30℃-50℃), preventing overheating or excessive cooling of EH oil

Compact structure and low noise design, suitable for long-term continuous operation (≥8000 hours/year) in harsh industrial environments of coal-fired power plants Applications

Oil circulation and regeneration in EH fire-resistant oil systems of coal-fired turbine units

Cooperating with high-pressure filters and coolers to maintain oil cleanliness (NAS 6 grade) and moisture content (≤0.1%)
