Fabric Sensory Quality Evaluation Tester - China

Product innovation:
The "feel and look", or so-called "sensory perception", of fabrics and knitted fabrics, nonwovens, paper products, leather and other flaky fiber products that come into contact with human skin during use can be measured.
Sensory perception has long been considered one of the most important quality attributes of such products, but it is difficult to test with instruments.
The system consists of instruments and software packages.
Based on the theory of pattern recognition, the system provides fast and reliable quality evaluation results by extracting quality characteristics of products and associating them with human senses.
It fills a very important gap.
Main quantitative data:
Equivalent value (RHV) - the total hand value relative to a given standard fabric (see AATCC Standard TM202 textile Equivalent Value: Instrument method); Elasticity - how easy it is to bend a product with your fingers; Softness - Judging the compressibility of a piece of fabric by squeezing it in your hand; Smoothness - how resistant you are to sliding your fingertips across the surface of the fabric; Crease recovery rate - an indicator of the recovery of fabric from its creased state.
Drape index - A parameter that measures the drape performance of a fabric.
Tensile coefficient - the ability of a sample to be stretched by force-induced deformation.
Elastic coefficient - the tensile capacity of a specimen under external force.
