Product Introduction:

Paint and varnish scratch resistance tester, also known as scratch resistance tester or balanced scratch rod adhesion resistance tester, is suitable for the scratch resistance evaluation of single coating or composite coating system of insulating color coated board.

The scratch resistance of the coating is assessed according to the maximum weight of the spherical steel needle whether it scratches the coating or the steel needle does not scratch the coating.

The scratch resistance tester of paint and varnish is suitable for the evaluation of scratch resistance of single coating or composite coating system of insulating color coated board, and the scratch resistance of coating is assessed by the maximum weight of spherical steel needle under a certain weight whether the coating is scratched or the steel needle is not scratched.

The paint and varnish scratch resistance tester conforms to ISO1518 - BS3900 - ASTM D5178 and ASTM D2197 standards.

The conductor substrate can display the scratched and unscratched curve on the screen in real time, and the test result is directly displayed on the screen: scratched or unscratched.
