Configuration

① Workroom

Made of corrosion-resistant materials such as glass fiber reinforced plastics.

Standard configuration features a round rod and V-shaped groove design.

Test pieces can be placed freely and angles can be adjusted as needed.

Customized insert sample holders are also available upon request.

② Spray tower

Tower sprayer, it guides the spray evenly throughout the workroom through the spray tower.

The spray nozzle is a non-crystalline glass nozzle.

③ Refrigerating system

The use of mechanical compression refrigeration, such as fully closed French TECUMSEH compressor using environmentally friendly refrigerant.

④ Air circulation system

The centrifugal fan is used to make the temperature, humidity, corrosion gas and other test parameters inside the workroom more uniform through the design of up-air and down-air circulation.

⑤ Heating system

The alloy electric heat pipe is used as the heating element, and the heating temperature can be accurately controlled by the programmable controller.

⑥ Humidity system

External isolation, stainless steel surface evaporation humidifier, which can adjust the humidity of the workroom according to the test requirements.

⑦ Control system

Programmable color LCD touch screen controller with Ethernet connectivity for remote monitoring and operation.

⑧ Saturated barrel

Used to preheat and humidify the air entering the workroom, so that the air reaches a saturated state, so as to ensure the stability and consistency of the test environment.

⑨ Salt solution tank

It is used to store the prepared salt solution.

It is connected to the spray tower through the pipe to provide the salt solution for the spray.

⑩ NAOH tank

SO2 Exhaust Device Drain SO2 into the NAOH tank.

A spray device is installed in the tank to better dilute sulfur dioxide.

⑪ SO₂ gas cylinder
