This salt spray corrosion test chamber can conduct neutral salt spray tests in accordance with GB/T2423.17 “Basic Environmental Testing Procedures for Electric and Electronic Products - Test Ka: Salt Spray Test Method” and can also carry out acetic acid salt spray tests.

Intelligent Temperature Control Instrument: It adopts the intelligent temperature control instrument produced by RKC Corporation of Japan.

This instrument has a high degree of intelligence, with multiple sets of PID operation and fuzzy control, fast self-tuning, achieving smoother control output and higher control accuracy.

Automatic Timing Device: After the test chamber reaches the preset temperature, it starts automatic spraying.

When the time set by the timer is reached, it stops automatically.

Transparent Top Cover for Test Chamber: The test chamber can be equipped with a transparent top cover, allowing for real-time monitoring of the spray status and the working condition of the specimens at any time.

Non-clogging Nozzle: The nozzle adopts a non-crystallizing injection nozzle, eliminating the worry of salt blockage.

Double Pressure Adjustment and Over-temperature Protection Devices: It is equipped with double pressure adjustment and over-temperature protection devices.
