Product Introduction

The Solenoid Valve J-220VDC-DN6-D-20B/2A is a 2/2-way high-pressure valve customized for Kanti Power Plant’s 610MW coal-fired units (2×110MW + 2×195MW).

It is mainly applied in the turbine EH oil and security oil systems, realizing fast on-off control via 220VDC signal to ensure the safety and stability of the unit’s hydraulic control circuits.

Product Features DN6 nominal diameter, ≤2A response speed (≤50ms), with D/20B grade pressure resistance up to 20MPa, suitable for -10℃~180℃ medium temperature.

304 stainless steel body, normally closed direct-acting structure, M20×1.5 thread connection, ensuring reliable sealing and corrosion resistance.

Works with pressure switches to form closed-loop control, supporting "two-out-of-two" logic judgment for dual redundancy protection.

Applications On-off control for EH oil and security oil in the plant’s turbine hydraulic control systems.

Triggers emergency shutdown by cutting off security oil pressure when faults occur, matching the unit’s protection logic.

Core actuator for the automation control of 610MW thermal power unit hydraulic circuits.
