Pressure Relief Valve YSF16-55*130KKJ – Cirebon Power Plant Transformer Protection Valve

Product Introduction

The YSF16-55*130KKJ is a directional oil-injecting pressure relief valve for Cirebon Power Plant’s 660MW coal-fired units in Indonesia.

It protects oil-immersed transformers by releasing excessive pressure within 2ms during faults, preventing tank damage, and resealing to block impurities.

Product Features Opening pressure 55kPa, 130mm oil injection diameter, with dual electrical and mechanical alarm signals (KKJ).

Works at -30℃~50℃, directional oil injection to sump, complying with transformer safety protection demands.

AC220V contact capacity, reliable sealing to maintain positive pressure inside the tank after reset.

Applications Safety protection for main transformers and on-load tap-changers in the plant.

Prevents transformer explosion caused by overpressure from internal faults.

Core component for stable operation of 660MW unit power transmission systems.
