Screw Pump HSNH440Q2-46NZ for Singrauli Power Plant Application Product Introduction

The Screw Pump HSNH440Q2-46NZ is a core volumetric oil supply component customized for Singrauli Power Plant, which operates 2×600MW subcritical units (Phase I) and plans to expand with ultra-supercritical units.

As a horizontal triple-screw pump, it is mainly applied to the turbine lubricating oil system, responsible for stable supply of ISO VG46 turbine oil to bearings, turning gear and other key components.

It integrates seamlessly with the plant’s existing oil circulation system, ensuring continuous lubrication and cooling to support safe and efficient operation of Harbin-supplied steam turbines.

Product Features

Axial volumetric rotor structure realizes pulsation-free oil delivery with low noise (≤70dB), adapting to long-term continuous operation in the plant’s turbine room with strict noise control requirements.

Excellent operating performance: at 1450r/min and 75mm²/s viscosity, it delivers stable flow with maximum working pressure up to 4.0MPa, temperature resistance ranging from -5℃ to 150℃, fully matching the lubricating oil system parameters (0.45-0.5MPa main pipe pressure).

Hydraulic balance design with integrated mechanical seal, combined with corrosion-resistant materials, achieves zero leakage and long service life (≥20, 000 operating hours), reducing maintenance frequency for the plant’s large-capacity units.

Applications

Lubricating oil supply for steam turbine bearings and generators in 600MW subcritical coal-fired units, ensuring bearing temperature ≤65℃ and stable operation.

Auxiliary oil circulation in the lubricating oil system, cooperating with double coolers and duplex filters to maintain oil cleanliness at NAS ≤8 grade and moisture content ≤0.01%.

Oil supply for turning gear systems during unit start-up and shutdown, supporting smooth rotor rotation and adapting to the plant’s phase expansion and upgrading needs.
