The Screw Pump HSG120X4-42 is a core volumetric transfer component customized for Bukit Asam Power Plant’s 2×660MW supercritical coal-fired units (PLTU Sumsel-8).

As a triple-screw pump, it is mainly used for stable delivery of clean lubricating oil and fire-resistant oil in the plant’s key systems, integrating seamlessly with the turbine and auxiliary equipment.

Adopts axial volumetric rotor structure, realizing pulsation-free medium transfer with low noise (≤70dB), suitable for long-term continuous operation in power plant machine rooms

Excellent medium adaptability: handles lubricating fluids with viscosity 3.0~760mm²/s, working pressure up to 2.5MPa, and temperature resistance up to 150℃, matching power plant oil system requirements

Hydraulic balance design for main and driven screws, combined with mechanical seal structure, ensuring zero leakage and long service life (≥20, 000 operating hours)

Compact horizontal installation structure, easy to install and maintain, saving space in the limited equipment layout of supercritical units Applications

Lubricating oil circulation and supply for steam turbine bearings in supercritical coal-fired units

Transfer of fire-resistant oil in turbine EH systems, supporting valve control and emergency trip functions
