Scroll coal Fedder

Scroll coal feeder has been developed based on many years of

experience in the construction of equipment for coal

transportation.

The characteristics of the feeders:

- Screw core convergence in the transportation direction

that ensures uniform transportation of coal

- variable winding pitch prevents "clogging" of the screw

- hardened materials and strengthened windings of the screw

as well as (optional) removable sliding bed ensure high

durability of coal transporting elements

- revision covers facilitate handling and monitoring of

the equipment

- possibility to mount and dismount the screw

- vertically with the gate rod structure

- along the axis of the feeder

Coal chain conveyor

The coal chain conveyor has been designed based on many

years of operating experience.

It is designed mainly for the

removal and transportation of coal.

Along with specialists

from coal mining industry, we have developed and implemented

a coal removal system, which is composed of:

- mining chain

- conveyor with fins

- cast drive wheels

- cast idlers

Qualities:

- ends of mining chain are connected together with one link,

so there is a minimum possibility of breaking the chain

- conveyor mounting system without the screw fasteners

provides easy assembly and disassembly of the parts

- split chain wheels, allow for quick replacement without

removing the shaft

- durability of rods is twice as long as previously

available
