Its core improvements include three aspects: First, the lubricating oil capacity in the crankcase has been expanded, which optimizes lubrication efficiency and effectively reduces the temperature rise of the lubricating oil during operation.

Second, the crankshaft diameter has been increased, boosting crankshaft strength, enhancing transmission power, and enabling higher output pressure—thus broadening the pump’s application scope.

Third, the power end’s crankshaft and connecting rods adopt a forced lubrication system, featuring a low friction coefficient, excellent lubricating performance, and smooth transmission.

This design minimizes the temperature rise of the power end, making the pump more suitable for long-term continuous operation.

This pump is widely applicable to scenarios such as high-pressure water jet-assisted flow cleaning, metallurgical dephosphorization, powder metallurgy, ship cleaning and derusting, foundation engineering, liquid transfer, and engineering excavation.
