Hw Horizontal Mixed Flow Water Pump - China

HW horizontal mixed flow pump is horizontal, single stage, single suction, vortex shell mixed flow pump.

It is Suitable for conveying clean water or other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water.

The temperature of the liquid to be transported is not higher than 50 degrees Celsius.

The pump is widely used in farmland irrigation, industrial and urban water supply and drainage and other occasions。

The flow and head of HW mixed flow pump are between centrifugal pump and axial flow pump.

The pump has the features of small size, light weight, high efficiency, wide efficient area, simple structure, easy to use, easy maintenance.

HW mixed flow pump is mainly composed of pump cover, impeller, pump body, pump shaft, shaft sleeve, bearing body (diameter ≤350MM) or bearing frame (diameter ≥400mm) and other main parts.

The pump cover is connected with the pump body and inlet pipe respectively.

There should be appropriate clearance between the pump cover plane and the impeller plane.

If the clearance is too small, friction will occur.

The clearance is too large, will lead to a large amount of pressure water backflow to pump body, so the efficiency of the pump is affected.

The actual suitable clearance is 0.3 ~ 0.7mm(push the pump shaft to the pump inlet end), the clearance can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the thickness of the paper pad.

The shaft sealing device is composed of packing, packing gland, packing ring and packing box on the pump body (150HW and 200HW type pumps without packing ring).

Its function is to prevent air from drawing in the pump and prevent water from flowing out along the shaft too much from the pump.

The shaft sleeve is used to protect the pump shaft.

It can be replaced in time after wear.

The pump shaft is supported by a single row of eccentric-ball bearings.

Bearing available lubricating oil - the amount of oil should be controlled between the lines of the oil benchmark: available lubricating grease - can be added when assembling the pump.

In use, it is supplemented by disassembling the front cover and rear cover.

The screw hole on the upper end of the pump body is used for filling water or connecting vacuum pump for pumping air water.

Accessory: Elbow, bottom valve and pulley/belt or coupling

Driver: electric motor or diesel engine.
