-Function: Flavonoids, the main ingredients of which are anthocyanins.

At room temperature, the appearance is red or dark red; it is soluble in water and ethanol solution.

The color tone and stability subject to pH: it is stable red and pink when the solution is acidic; it is purple when the solution is neutral; it is unstable blue or bluish violet when the solution is alkaline.

Storage: Store in a dry, cool and ventilative place; please seal the packaging in time for the product that is not used up; the product will go bad if it is stored for a long time without being used, so the confected solution must be used up within 12 hours.
