The product features a multi-layer reinforced structural design, with every raw material selected for superior anti-abrasion, anti-tear and anti-corrosion performance, and each layer synergistically engineered for prolonged heavy-duty operation.

A mud suction hose optimized inner core layer adopts a thickened, high-grade wear-resistant synthetic rubber formulation with a smooth finish, minimizing flow friction for viscous mud media, preventing scuffing and erosion from hard solid particles like sand, gravel and silt, and avoiding mud deposit adhesion to ensure unobstructed continuous transfer.

The reinforcement system consists of multiple high-tensile synthetic textile cord layers and an embedded high-strength steel wire helix: the textile cords deliver exceptional radial pressure-bearing and burst resistance, while the steel wire helix guarantees unrivaled anti-collapse performance under negative pressure, eliminating deformation even during long-term high-intensity suction work.

A high-elastic rubber buffer layer between the inner core and reinforcement layers absorbs impact from high-speed flowing solid particles, reducing structural fatigue and extending overall service life.

The outer cover layer is a natural-synthetic rubber composite with excellent weather resistance, anti-aging and anti-mechanical damage properties, resisting tearing, puncturing, UV and ozone degradation—even in contact with construction machinery, sharp objects and extreme outdoor environments.

It also boasts mild oil and chemical resistance, adapting to alkaline and acidic media in industrial mud and slurry operations.
