Material Introduction:

M2 flat bar is produced from the classic tungsten-molybdenum high speed tool steel AISI M2 (DIN 1.3343 / JIS SKH51 / GB W6Mo5Cr4V2).

Our flat bar is rolled and forged with controlled carbide distribution, fully annealed to HB255 or below, and precision straightened so it arrives ready for your machining and heat treatment cycle.

After hardening and triple tempering, working hardness reaches HRC 62-64 - Flat Bar Size Range:

- Thickness: 4mm – 80mm

- Width: 12mm – 205mm

- Length: 2000mm – 5800mm or cut to size

- Delivery: hot rolled / forged, annealed or pre-hardened
