Strictly implement graded preheating

Use JIS SKD10 alloy steel vacuum heat treatment or salt bath graded quenching

Avoid sharp corners in mold design, R-angle ≥ 2mm 4.2 Uneven hardness Causes: Carbide segregation, uneven heating, insufficient cooling rate Solutions:

Use electroslag remelting (ESR) refined steel

Use hot bath quenching or high-pressure gas quenching to ensure uniform cooling

Proper furnace loading to ensure furnace gas circulation 4.3 Grinding cracks Causes: Insufficient tempering, grinding stress superposition Solutions:

Increase the number of tempering cycles to 3

Perform stress-relief annealing at 180-200℃ before grinding
