Recommended processing route after you receive blanks:

- Rough turn leaving 0.3–0.5mm grinding stock

- Flute and gash while fully annealed

- Vacuum or salt bath hardening at 1200–1240°C

- Triple temper at 550–580°C to HRC 63–65
