Core process

Pre-treatment: Electrolytic degreasing → Ultrasonic cleaning → Micro-etching activation (surface active layer ≤ 10nm) Electroplating deposition:

- Acidic process: Zinc sulfate system, current density 30A/dm² (high-speed plating)

- Alkaline process: zincate system, current density 10A/dm² (high uniformity)

- Post-treatment: Chrome-free (corrosion resistance 120h) + Sealant (improves resistance to fingerprints) As a high-precision surface-treated material, electro galvanized steel is widely used in industries that demand both corrosion resistance and superior surface quality.
