    UNS T30102 Die Tool Steel Pretreatment: Spheroidizing Annealing If the workpiece is hot-rolled/forged before tempering, spheroidizing annealing is required to eliminate forging stress, refine grains, and prevent uneven microstructure after tempering.

    Heating Temperature: 750~770℃

    Holding Time: 2~4h (calculated based on the effective thickness of the workpiece, 1h for every 25mm)

    Cooling Method: Furnace cooling to below 500℃, then air cooling to room temperature
