Our BOPA film (biaxially oriented nylon film) is a superior packing material for printing and lamination, used for a variety of high-grade packaging.

It is especially suitable for perishable foods, frozen and cooked foods, vegetables, agricultural products and aquatic products packaging, as well as medical supplies and electronic products packaging, where strength and barrier performance matter.

Biaxially oriented nylon film has very high tensile strength and anti-puncture strength, excellent flexibility and resistance, high gas and aroma barrier properties, good transparency and gloss, excellent printability and a broad operating temperature range.

The range covers printing and lamination grades (BOPA lamination film, BOPA printing film) and cooking grades (BOPA cooking film).

Standard specifications are thickness 12, 15, 20 and 25 microns, widths of 300–2100 mm and lengths of 3500–15000 m depending on gauge, on 3-inch or 6-inch paper tube cores.

PACKING AND SHIPPING

Each roll wrapped in PE film with cardboard edge protectors, stacked on an export pallet.

Moisture barrier bag and desiccant for sea freight longer than 30 days.

Pallet 1100 x 1100 mm, 1.2-1.5 tons per pallet, 20' container loads 18-20 tons.

Neutral packing or customer branded packing with logo and shipping marks.

ORDER TERMS

MOQ: 1 ton per thickness (1 roll accepted for trial orders).

Lead time: 15-20 days after deposit for standard grades, 25 days for coated or metallized.

Payment: T/T 30% deposit + 70% before shipment, or L/C at sight.

Price terms: FOB Shanghai / Ningbo, CIF or CFR any main port.

Samples: free of charge, buyer pays courier.
