Our BOPP cigarette tobacco pack wrapping film is a transparent biaxially oriented polypropylene film, coextruded and heat sealable on both sides with incorporated anti-static protection, generally used for soft and hard tobacco packs on modern high-speed and slow packing machines.

It fits machines well for high-speed packing of all kinds of soft packs, with special hot slip ability on the surface to avoid machine-blocking and sticking, quick heat sealing at low temperature and pressure, and good foldability after forming.

Standard specifications cover thicknesses of 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 and 25 microns, widths of 90, 110, 120, 135, 150, 220 and 350 mm, and lengths of 2000, 2800, 3000 and 3500 m.

The range also includes half-shrinkage and high-shrinkage BOPP cigarette films with heat sealing to match high-speed packaging machines, also known as BOPP shrinkage cigarette film, polypropylene cigar film, BOPP soft cigarette pack film and BOPP hard rigid tobacco film.

Moisture barrier bag and desiccant for sea freight longer than 30 days.

Pallet 1100 x 1100 mm, 1.2-1.5 tons per pallet, 20' container loads 18-20 tons.

Neutral packing or customer branded packing with logo and shipping marks.

MOQ: 1 ton per thickness (1 roll accepted for trial orders).

Lead time: 15-20 days after deposit for standard grades, 25 days for coated or metallized.

Payment: T/T 30% deposit + 70% before shipment, or L/C at sight.
