Our transparent BOPET film covers an exceptionally wide thickness range from 1.2 microns to 500 microns, serving printing, laminating and general packaging uses from a single polyester film family.

It offers high transparency and good brightness, a smooth and delicate surface, good physical processing and barrier properties, even heat distortion, good punching performance and small heat shrinkage, giving converters a stable, predictable base film.

Representative grades include thicknesses of 1.2–5 microns in widths of 50–2100 mm, roll diameters of 320–500 mm and paper cores of 76 mm (3 inches) and 152 mm (6 inches), also supplied in sheets, with other specifications produced to customer requirements.

Typical properties include tensile strength of 220/220 MPa (MD/TD), elongation at break of 140/130%, heat shrinkage of 1.5/1.5% at 150 C for 30 minutes, elastic modulus of 3800/3800 MPa and haze of 2.0%, making the film well suited to high-clarity printed and laminated packs.

Typical uses include printing plate-making, labels, tape, carton window film, gift cover light composites, hot transfer and paste, glitter powder sequins, document and photo protection, and coating compounds.

Moisture barrier bag and desiccant for sea freight longer than 30 days.

Pallet 1100 x 1100 mm, 1.2-1.5 tons per pallet, 20' container loads 18-20 tons.

Neutral packing or customer branded packing with logo and shipping marks.

MOQ: 1 ton per thickness (1 roll accepted for trial orders).

Lead time: 15-20 days after deposit for standard grades, 25 days for coated or metallized.

Payment: T/T 30% deposit + 70% before shipment, or L/C at sight.
