High Shrinkage Bops Polystyrene Film For Shrink Sleeves And Tamper Evident Wrapping - China

Our high shrinkage BOPS film (biaxially oriented polystyrene film) is made for shrink-sleeve and tamper-evident applications where a tight, even shrink around the container is essential.

Like other BOPS films it has very good anti-static ability and a smooth surface, so it runs cleanly through shrinking and sleeving lines, and its high shrinkage force pulls the sleeve snugly onto bottles, jars and irregular containers without wrinkles or weak spots.

The film is supplied as a clear, printable polystyrene shrink material in the standard BOPS gauge family, with the density of about 1.04 g/cm3 typical of biaxially oriented polystyrene, and it accepts multi-color printing for full-body sleeves, promotional bands and tamper-evident seals.

It suits beverage, food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical packs where a bright, glossy sleeve must also carry brand artwork and batch information.

Moisture barrier bag and desiccant for sea freight longer than 30 days.

Pallet 1100 x 1100 mm, 1.2-1.5 tons per pallet, 20' container loads 18-20 tons.

Neutral packing or customer branded packing with logo and shipping marks.

MOQ: 1 ton per thickness (1 roll accepted for trial orders).

Lead time: 15-20 days after deposit for standard grades, 25 days for coated or metallized.

Payment: T/T 30% deposit + 70% before shipment, or L/C at sight.
