Bopp Metallized Film Aluminium Silver 15-35 Microns For Lamination And Printing - China

Our BOPP metallized film is a polypropylene film with an aluminium silver metallized layer, made for lamination, printing and food packaging.

One side is corona treated and aluminium metallized while the other side is heat sealable (the base BOPP is two-side heat sealable), or the reverse arrangement, so converters can choose the construction that fits their laminating line and seal requirements.

Standard specifications are thickness 15, 18, 20, 25, 30 and 35 microns, widths of 350–1500 mm and lengths of 5000–12000 m, in silver aluminium metallized color, packed in standard export packing with pallets.

The metallized layer gives a bright, reflective barrier surface that upgrades ordinary BOPP packs for snacks, confectionery and other goods where shelf appeal and barrier performance both matter.

Each roll wrapped in PE film with cardboard edge protectors, stacked on an export pallet.

Moisture barrier bag and desiccant for sea freight longer than 30 days.

Pallet 1100 x 1100 mm, 1.2-1.5 tons per pallet, 20' container loads 18-20 tons.

Neutral packing or customer branded packing with logo and shipping marks.

ORDER TERMS

MOQ: 1 ton per thickness (1 roll accepted for trial orders).

Lead time: 15-20 days after deposit for standard grades, 25 days for coated or metallized.

Payment: T/T 30% deposit + 70% before shipment, or L/C at sight.

Price terms: FOB Shanghai / Ningbo, CIF or CFR any main port.
