Dongguan Shenghang Hardware Co., Ltd., abbreviated as "Shenghang Hardware", is located in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China.

We are a company that integrates research and development with sales, specializing in the production of non-standard special hardware screws, nuts, bolts and hardware fasteners for 20 years.

Our factory covers an area of 3000 square meters, and all production activities are concentrated in this self owned factory to ensure efficient management and rapid response.

Building area: 2000 square meters; Production area: 1500 square meters; Warehouse and quality control area: 500 square meters

We are a Lean and Professional Team with a Total of 35 People, Structured as Follows:

● Production and operation team (10 people): Experienced masters and skilled technicians work together to directly control equipment, which is the first line of defense for product quality.

● Technical and Engineering Team (9 people): Among them, 4 senior technical personnel are responsible for tackling complex processes and scheme design, while the rest are responsible for programming, drawing conversion, and production support.

● Quality Management Team (3 people): Responsible for the full process inspection from feeding to shipping.

● Management and Support Team (9 people): including 4 core management personnel and 5 support personnel responsible for logistics, procurement, and administration, to ensure the efficient and orderly operation of the company.

● Small and specialized, quick response: The team structure is flat, with a short decision-making chain and efficient communication from receiving requirements to technical evaluation and production scheduling.

● Emphasis on experience and energy: The core technical personnel have over 10 years of industry experience and can accurately predict production difficulties.
