Product Introduction:

The gas engine filter is an efficient filtration equipment used to filter and exclude impurities in the medium in the pipeline during the pipeline transportation process, and is a special device designed for the transmission of oxygen production pipe network, usually installed in the pressure reducing valve, pressure relief valve, fixed level valve or other equipment at the inlet end to eliminate impurities in the medium to protect the normal and safe use of valves and equipment.

The gas engine filter is composed of a shunt cone and a filter tube to purify the medium in the pipeline, improve the quality of natural gas, and prevent accidents caused by poor quality of natural gas.

At present, it has been widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, environmental protection and other industries.

ISO 4548 - ISO 5011 - SAE J905 - GB/T 28949 - GB/T 14295 Applications: 1 - Weakly corrosive materials in petrochemical gas production: water, oil, ammonia, hydrocarbons, etc.

2 - Corrosive materials in chemical production: caustic soda, soda ash, concentrated sulfuric acid, carbonic acid, acetic acid, ester acid, etc.

3 - low temperature materials in industrial production: liquid methane, liquid ammonia, liquid oxygen and various refrigeration.

4 - food, pharmaceutical production of hygiene requirements of the material: beer, beverages, dairy products, food pulp and medical supplies.

Operation and maintenance:

1 - the first installation should be cleaned after a period of time to remove impurities and other dirt accumulated on the filter screen during the initial operation of the system.

2 - the natural gas filter must be regularly checked and cleaned during use, and the frequency is determined according to the actual working conditions.

When the filter works for a period of time, some impurities will precipitate inside the filter element, so that the pressure increases and the flow rate decreases, which needs to be removed in time.

3 - when cleaning impurities, pay special attention to protect the stainless steel wire mesh layer covered by the surface of the filter element, can not be deformed or damaged; If the wire mesh layer is found to be deformed or damaged, it needs to be replaced immediately.

4 - If the filter does not have a drain plug, the filter stopper and filter screen should be removed during cleaning.

5 - Before each maintenance and cleaning, the filter should be isolated from the pressure system.

After cleaning, use a new gasket when reinstalling.
