Test principle

The syringe piston thrust tester is mainly composed of sensors, measurement and control systems and displays.

Its principle is based on force measurement.

By measuring the force generated by the syringe piston when it pushes out the liquid, it can determine whether its thrust meets the standard requirements.

1 - Fix the syringe on the tester to ensure its stable position; 2 - Adjust the measuring range of the tester to match the specifications of the syringe under test; 3 - Press the start button, the tester starts to measure the piston thrust; 4 - Record the measurement results and judge whether they meet the standard requirements; 5 - If it does not meet the standard requirements, it is necessary to adjust the syringe or replace the parts; 6 - After completing the test, turn off the tester, and record and file the results.
