Versatility Pyf Series Compound Cone Crusher Machine - China

PYF series compound cone crusher is widely used in metallurgy, construction, road building, and chemical and silicate industrial.

It is suitable for crushing varies of ores and rocks with medium and above medium hardness.

It has the features of high crushing force, high production efficiency, large capacity, low operation cost, convenient adjustment and economical operation.

It has long life span because of reasonable material selection for spare parts and structural design.

Meanwhile, even size of production reduces cycle load.

The hydraulic chamber-cleaning system in medium and large-sized crushers reduces the downtime of the machine.

There are many chamber types for each machine, so customers have many choices to meet their demands.

This series crusher can be divided into standard type and short head type.

Generally speaking, standard type has the features of large feed size and coarse discharging size.

The short head type has steep crushing awl and its feeding material size is small, which is suitable to produce superfine crushed materials.

Therefore, the standard type is used for coarse and medium crushing and the short head type used for medium and fine crushing.

3 - The capacity is under the following condition, open crushing process, the materials with compression strength is 140Mpa-150Mpa, the moisture less than 4%, feeding evenly, the much larger or smaller size contained less than 10% and motor load is around 85%-90%.
