RUNXI coal mine gas drainage rubber hose is designed as a flexible connection between rigid gas extraction pipes in underground coal mine drainage systems.

Its flexible rubber construction helps accommodate pipeline movement, installation deviation, vibration and short-distance directional changes that are difficult to handle with rigid pipes alone.

The hose consists of an anti-static inner rubber tube, fabric reinforcement with a metal spiral or metal ring, and an anti-static, flame-retardant outer cover.

Connecting flanges and sealing gaskets can be installed at both ends to support secure connection with existing coal mine gas drainage pipelines.

Available nominal inner diameters range from 76 mm to 530 mm.

Hose diameter, length, reinforcement, working pressure and flange dimensions can be configured according to the project’s operating conditions and connection requirements.
