The following are the specific process points: Flattening process Raw material preparation → Coiling → Uncoiling → Leveling → Shearing/Flying Shear → Surface treatment → Inspection → Packing and warehousing Coiling: Use C-type hook or walking beam to roll up, ensure that the center line of the steel coil coincides with the center line of the uncoiling machine to avoid eccentric coiling.

Leveling process The first pass is 10%-15% of the plate thickness, and the subsequent passes are reduced, and the last pass is kept at 0.5-1mm to eliminate stress.

Shearing process Shear blade material: It is recommended to use Cr12MoV or LD steel with a hardness of HRC58-62 to avoid burrs and cracks.
