Nitriding treatment: Place KS SCM440 steel in a nitrogen-containing medium, and at a certain temperature and pressure, nitrogen atoms penetrate into the surface of the steel to form a nitrided layer with high hardness, good wear resistance and strong anti-bite.

Compared with carburizing, the parts after nitriding are less deformed and can maintain good wear resistance and corrosion resistance at higher temperatures.
