1 - Heavy transmission parts

Gears: such as high-torque gears of mining machinery and engineering machinery (excavators, cranes), which need to withstand high loads and impacts.

Advantages: After quenching and tempering, the core strength and toughness are matched, and the surface hardness can reach HRC50-58 after high-frequency quenching or nitriding, and the wear resistance is significantly improved.

Worm gear: used for precision transmission equipment (such as machine tool reducers), requiring wear-resistant tooth surface and smooth transmission.

2 - Shaft parts

Spindle: Machine tool spindle (such as lathe, milling machine), motor shaft, high rigidity and fatigue resistance are required.

Case: The spindle of a horizontal machining center uses AISI 4140 steel plate (thickness 80mm).

After quenching and tempering + surface quenching, the hardness distribution is HRC55 on the surface and HB250 on the core, which meets the requirements of high-speed rotation (3000r/min) and cutting load.

Crankshaft: diesel engine and compressor crankshafts, subject to alternating bending and torsional stress.

3 - Pressure vessels and pressure-bearing parts

High-pressure pipeline flanges: flanges and valve housings in chemical equipment that are resistant to high pressure (such as above 10MPa) must resist hydrogen corrosion and high temperature strength.

Hydraulic cylinder body: hydraulic cylinders for construction machinery are welded with aisi 4140 steel plate, and the yield strength after quenching and tempering is ≥930MPa, which meets the anti-deformation ability under high pressure (25-35MPa) working conditions.
