Heat treatment deformation control:

Large-section parts use step-by-step temperature quenching (such as 800℃ preheating + 850℃ insulation).

When oil-cooling, the workpiece is immersed vertically, and the deformation can be controlled within 0.1mm/100mm.

Welding crack prevention:

When welding thick plates, "multi-layer multi-pass welding" is used, and the interlayer temperature is maintained at 150~200℃.

708M40 structural steel is immediately subjected to stress relief annealing (650℃×2h) after welding to avoid cold cracks (hydrogen-induced cracks).

Improved cutting efficiency:

Using coated tools (such as TiAlN coatings), the cutting speed can be increased by 30%, while reducing the surface roughness (Ra≤1.6μm), which is suitable for mass production.
